On World Suicide Prevention Day, we had the opportunity to visit all five Maine Surface Finishing sites, speaking with teams about mental health, suicide prevention and the importance of knowing where to turn when support is needed.
It was brilliant to see everyone again after we began our partnership in May and to continue building the relationship between Maine Surface Finishing and the Zachary Geddis Trust.
Their support goes much further than fundraising. As part of our partnership, Maine employees and their families have their own dedicated ZGT referral code, giving them a direct route to access advice, guidance and mental health support should they ever need it.
We’re incredibly grateful to Maine Surface Finishing for continuing to support our work through their fundraising initiatives, but also for recognising the importance of investing in the wellbeing of their people.
