The workshop takes place on Saturday 2nd March from 12pm – 2pm at the ZGBTST mental health centre at Unit 1, Loughanhill Industrial Estate, Coleraine.
Our December workshop proved extremely popular so keep an eye on our social channels for more information about how to sign up!
Since the development and launch of ZGBTST’s Children & Youth Service, we have had the pleasure of assisting over 220 people and their families through Art Mentoring, Lego Therapy, Music Mentoring, Drawing & Talking Therapy and our emotional resilience programmes.
We understand how it can be hard to support the needs of your child whilst they are in session with ZGBTST and want to guide parents to be able to adopt some of the techniques at home.
This workshop will focus on small bursts of some of ZGBTST’s most successful and impactful techniques and will teach parents and carers on how to conduct these sessions at home to further positively impact their child’s mental health and wellbeing.
This is a non funded initiative, therefore there is a cost of £10 and spaces are limited to 10 per workshop.
This workshop is most beneficial for those who have had children attending ZGBTST or are currently on our waiting list for intervention.
