Registration is now open for ZGBTST’s first ever Summer Scheme week 2! – focusing on emotional regulation, calmness and resilience building for 5 days in August; we are bringing mental health and wellbeing to the forefront this Summer.
Spaces are limited to 16 each week to ensure everyone benefits from the activities planned. We have the best line up for the first Summer scheme which includes:
- Children’s Yoga
- Breathe, Laugh and Relax Programme
- Group Musical Education
- Emotionally Regulating Activties
Sessions are conducted by qualified professionals along with being chaperoned by ZGBTST Mentors Amy & Ashleigh.
Lunch is provided for all attendees along with a certificate, journal and t-shirt given at the end of the week for those who complete the summer scheme.
