ZGBTST have received £15,000 financial support from Kingsbridge Foundation, who provide 5 star rated private healthcare in Ballykelly, Belfast and Sligo.
Yasmin welcomed the team from Kingsbridge Foundation to the ZGBTST hub to give a tour of the premises and a presentation on the vital services provided by ZGBTST.
Kingsbridge thanked Yasmin for inviting them to see first hand the difference that their donation was making to mental health in the community, saying:
“It was a truly invaluable visit and an amazing insight into the work that takes place everyday to support mental health of all ages across Northern Ireland.”
The funding provided by Kinsgbridge Foundation will fund our amazing Lead Youth Worker, Amy Adams for a further 12 months.
Since 2022, Amy has led the Little Superstars Youth Service, which has seen over 300 children and young people seek intervention since the launch of the service.
Amy is an invaluable member of our team and brings extensive experience, enthusiasm and knowledge to all the projects that she manages for the children and young people who use our services.
It’s hard to imagine ZGBTST having the same impact without her and we are very grateful to Kingsbridge Foundation for the essential funding which they have provided to support her ongoing employment.
