ZGBTST have delivered their Alternative Xmas Campaign for 2023 and once again, it has reached the homes and hearts of our community during the festive season.
With 242 Food and Wellbeing packs delivered to those in need, 30 individuals supported with Crisis Counselling over Christmas and an increase in referrals by 40%, our Alternative Xmas Campaign is over for another year.
2023 saw our largest numbers to date and the new registration system to receive a pack worked extremely well!
We know how difficult Christmas can be for many and have worked throughout the festive period since 2017 to make sure that those in need within the community know we are here and ready to assist.
All of the alternative Christmas initiatives, from food pack delivery, our helpline, crisis counsellors all contribute their time free of charge to help others and we thank them for their time and contribution.
